So I had to share this. One of my favorite gadgets in my kitchen are my Copper Chef pots. I LOVE those things. So tonight I put some potatoes in with some beef broth and sat down to watch TV. Oops. Bad move. Show was great and I forgot the potatoes. All the beef broth burnt out and I burnt the potatoes so bad I thought I ruined my Copper Chef pot. NOPE... Did not hurt them at all. I was SO HAPPY! You should see how easy they cleaned up. SO EASY! Here are some pictures of them.
